Terms and Conditions of Booking
1.Party booking is not secured until deposit has been paid.
2.Party guests, both adults and children, must obey instructions from The Loft Tramore staff members. Children who engage in behaviour likely to cause injury to other children will be given a time-out; repeated poor behaviour may result in early removal from the venue.
3.Contact numbers must be provided for the parent/guardian of all children attending. If child becomes anxious or upset, we may contact the parent.
4.Any food or other items brought to the venue must be agreed in advance with The Loft Tramore management. We specifically prohibit the following; lollipops, cocktail sticks and pinatas.
5.Health and Safety protocols must be followed.
6.Parents or guardians must sign all children in.All children from age 1 to 15 must be signed in, and will be included in the number of attendees. We reserve the right to refuse admission for children not signed in as part of the party.
7.Deposits are non refundable.
